Ridiculous unprofessional place,very small with unpleasant people. Don’t waist your time here. They even doctors who can’t normal read your X-rays or CT.
No problems at all. Service was fantastic
There are SO many issues with this facility, it’s hard to know where to begin. I had an appointment for a bone density scan for a certain day. The day of that appt they called and asked if I had taken any vitamins. I said yes, bc no one had told me not to. No good, we have to reschedule it even though I had set up my day around that appointment. Oh well. We then set a new date I asked if I would get an email confirmation. My wife went to this place yesterday to pick up papers to fill out to safe time and not wait long with the pandemic going on,she had appointment for 1pm just to pick up papers the rude lady working there told her to sign in and sit down,and made her wait 40 mins just to pick up papers,just what she was trying to avoid,this waiting room had between 8-10 people sitting in there waiting,unbelievable with this pandemic,they should be shut down
Kern Radiology owned by RadNet is a horrible medical institution. With 8 or 9 locations in Bakersfield, CA these places are filthy, disgusting and overflowing with highly unprofessional and irresponsible managers, techincans and staff. Kern Radiology owned by RadNet has one primary concern, over and above everything else including patients, MONEY. Stinking organization.
Great place with excellent staff.
Dr Chiu is gents land makes sure the visits are as comfortable as possible. Great results from procedures.
They are very welcoming and friendly. They try to do the best for you.
Very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend them.
