Don't waste your time with this dealership, there are better ones. They do not cancel appointments although they know the car you were interested was sold days before and then try to sell totally different.

I went here for the "Takata airbag recall" on my older Ram 1500, and this place broke a huge portion of my dashboard in the process. They said that there wasn't anything they could do about it and told me to contact Chrysler customer support. When I contacted Chrysler, they told me that the dealership was responsible for replacing the broken dashboard part, and that they would contact the dealership for me.
