Allocate an appropriate amount of resources to empower your customer service representatives to take care of customers (especially when they are frustrated for a valid reason). Make appropriate adjustments to your senior/corporate management. Prove to your customers that they mean more to you than a few dollars that you can shove into the pockets of politicians, lobbyists, investors and board members.

incredibly difficult to do anything. Dependent flex is a nightmare to use. Even when you fill out their form they say you are missing information. IF YOU WANT INFORMATION PUT IT ON THE FORM!!!!!
