Own up to the fact that you are dishonest and negligent in the way you take care of your customers. Allocate an appropriate amount of resources to empower your customer service representatives to take care of customers (especially when they are frustrated for a valid reason). Make appropriate adjustments to your senior/corporate management. Prove to your customers that they mean more to you than a few dollars that you can shove into the pockets of politicians, lobbyists, investors and board members.
Su personal incompetentes, pierden la informacion enviada, y y no te piden toda la informacion ala primer llamada, te hacen enviarles hasta 4 o 5 dferentes ocaciones hojas, y cada visita al notario, ay que pagarle solo porque ellos no te piden toda la informacion ala primera. Terribles.
incredibly difficult to do anything. Dependent flex is a nightmare to use. Even when you fill out their form they say you are missing information. IF YOU WANT INFORMATION PUT IT ON THE FORM!!!!!
