Lindsey is my therapist and she guided me to overcome mental baggage I was going thru from a car accident. I was apprehensive initially, but as I went thru therapy I soon realized I wasn’t in a good spot. Now, I have coping skills and my new normal seems right. I hope there’s no next time, but I know where to go if I do.
