I cancelled my appointment a week in advance and they kept my deposit. I only cancelled because I went into labor a week early, but they said they keep their deposits no matter what. Super disappointing customer service.
Leslie did an Amazing job. I have thin hair and she gave me a haircut that shows volume. Love it! 🙏
