I had a really disappointing experience here and want to share something that might help others avoid the same situation. I was booked with a level 1 stylist (which I didn’t realize at the time means someone very new), and unfortunately my hair was overcut and not what I asked for. I ended up having to pay another $100 somewhere else just to get it fixed.
