Try the Kobe Flatbread - Amazing
Definitely ask to sit at The Rail (ie at the counter around the exhibition kitchen). Food is top notch. Would definitely go again.

the bread is colombian so yummy and the ceviche is to die for....
this is not a mexican restaurant as it has been categorized it is a pan- latin cuisine restaurant
The shrimp is awesome!
great virgin mojitos. try the skirt steak. put the butter on the bread... there's a recipe for it in the kierland magazine.
