I’d rate a 0 if I could. They cut open my ceiling for 4 months trying to find an ac leak and after2-3 times coming out they determined I needed a new coil. I paid 4,200 for a new coil and after new coil installed it leaked again thru the ceiling and owner Rich said defective coil. It took them a week to install another coil which again leaked a few days later. I did NOT get a warranty copy on either so called new coils. I had another local HVAC company come out and determined the coil DeSelg put in was the wrong size-too big... read more
