Desco, at 712 Wilson Rd. S., was immensely helpful -- especially William. After finding no luck at Rona, Home Depot and Home Hardware, I explained to him how I couldn't find a part for my kitchen faucet. He patiently listened, discovered that American Standard had changed the model number, and found the exact part I needed. Thank you, William and Desco!
The second time I’ve come to this location and it’s so disorganized, everybody walking around. No one acknowledged the fact that you’re standing there at the desk for 15 minutes. I literally had to ask a customer for assistance as the guy sitting on the computer doesn’t make eye contact with you and say I’ll be with you in a minute. I tried to support Local as I’ve owned rental properties in the area for decades now I’ll just continue going to Home Depot to the big box store.
I’ve been dealing with desco for years now . I own DSM plumbing the staff there are extremely good at there jobs . Also the manager will is very helpful.
