Tried to call to order a commercial wall hydrant for a large company we do work for. Very important client. The useless associate can't even look up codes and then proceeds to tell me he's too busy to contact the supplier and order what I need. Absolute garbage. Go to noble instead.

Amazing customer services, knowledgable and really helpful with the contractors.
Do not buy from them, they will not honour a warranty claim on a water softener that was purchased from them. There is still 5 years left on the warranty.
