I really love this unit. Shannon, the manager, is the most helpful storage unit manager I have encountered. She will do anything in her power to make your experience positive. Good price, clean units, safe, and helpful.
Unavailable Over the Weekend. Left Messages Saturday, Sunday, Monday. No One to Answer the Phone or Return Phone Calls. This is No Way to Run a Business. Staff On Site Only Part Time and Do Not Check Messages and Return Calls. Has a New Manager. Service and Communication Not Responsive or Helpful Like the Past. NO Customer Service. Pretty Much Self Serve Now.
