We/ve had a storage unit with Deschutes for about 3 years and its been a good place to keep family mementos, etc. Today we moved everything out for its new home and had a very positive experience with the guy at the front desk. His name was Dan and he was friendly, professional and super helpful closing out our account. Definitely recommend Deschutes and especially Dan.
Dan is AMAZING! he went above and beyond to help us move my stuff. He was extremely helpful and kind. The world could use more Dans in it! Oh and he gave the kiddos a piece of candy. It’s the little things that matter! Thank You Dan. My little family appreciates you.
A little over priced. Does not have 24hr access and debre gets in the my unit from the grounds keeper
I really love this unit. Shannon, the manager, is the most helpful storage unit manager I have encountered. She will do anything in her power to make your experience positive. Good price, clean units, safe, and helpful. Edit to Add (05/10/2026) Shannon got canned. I have little to no experience with the new people BUT they do not get you into your unit if you are locked out. You have to hire your own locksmith! I really liked Shannon and was sad to see her go. I don't often post reviews but I feel inclined. I would caution anyone from getting a storage unit here. The office person is not pleasant to work with. They are not friendly and have a very aggressive manner of speaking. I was trying to clear up an issue, and to say this person was hostile, harsh, and had a confrontational attitude would be an understatement!!!
