I don't often post reviews but I feel inclined. I would caution anyone from getting a storage unit here. The office person is not pleasant to work with. They are not friendly and have a very aggressive manner of speaking. I was trying to clear up an issue, and to say this person was hostile, harsh, and had a confrontational attitude would be an understatement!!! Ignore any previous positive reviews. Management changed recently and I have had the WORST experience every time since. Use any of the other 3 dozen storage facilities in the area, they're better than this place.
This place came under new management a couple months ago and the customer service went down horribly. My family and I had spoken to the management before the change over about some changes financially and were very politely accommodated, and we were told of a few options we had regarding payments and fees. When I called in after the management change, I was told that the new manager didn't do what the old managers did, which is perfectly reasonable.
