September 16th, 2026 Long time customer. Dan from the office, made a meaningful connection by walking me through a financial consideration I'd not encountered before—and, a meaningful difference in my ability to remain in good standing with a business that has always done right by me whenever my space requirements have me trading unit sizes. His name was Dan and he was friendly, professional and super helpful closing out our account. Definitely recommend Deschutes and especially Dan.
Dan is AMAZING! he went above and beyond to help us move my stuff. He was extremely helpful and kind. The world could use more Dans in it! Oh and he gave the kiddos a piece of candy. It’s the little things that matter! Thank You Dan. My little family appreciates you.
A little over priced. Does not have 24hr access and debre gets in the my unit from the grounds keeper

She was super cool and helpful. Imma take my stars down to four a... read more
