The most incredible customer service ever. Employees and owners are always very busy, but still go out of their way to be friendly and give you EXACTLY what you're looking for. If you want a treat, have them build a bike JUST for you. It practically drives itself. It's been the best investment I've ever made for myself. In this day and age of online shopping, DRC will survive. NOBODY can get online, what you give your customers in person. Thank you DRC!

Needed a part for a bike pump, part arrived quickly and with no charge as the company sent it for free and it was a simple and quick fix. Grateful to have these folks downtown, would absolutely recommend especially to people who are nervous around mechanics - friendly service, good people!
Stopped in to see if a mechanic could take a quick look at my right shifter. Joseph put it on the stand, and quickly he found the cable was shot. He replaced it while I waited, which wasn't long at all. Drive train parts are ordered, which were also very much needed. I'm very happy with Deschutes, and I'd recommend them to anyone.
