Steller company, read between the lines of those who complain. If you pay as agreed, keep the property in the condition you promised when you moved in, you will never have an issue.
Worst place ever. Charging for things that were broken when we moved in. Causing problems even tho rent was always paid. I was late 2 times in 3 and half years. They treat you like a number not a human. They are a money hungry greedy company. They staff is rude and disrespectful. As a property owner my suggestion is find someone else to care for your home. Very lacking in their inspection process between tenants, which results in money out of your pocket when you move back in to your home. Their hired housekeepers are quite a joke as well, if you have to tell the housekeepers what to clean then they are not professional! They are out to make their money each month and screw you in the end.
After working for retail for 6.5 years and the medical side of customer service, I've not seen anything worse than DPM. The communication is terrible. Noone knows what's going on with what place at any given time. We were told our apt wad smoke free. It was not. Our neighbors were all smokers and the smell seeped throb the walls. Read the contracts you sign! Know what your signing and treat other people's property with respect. Take responsibility for your own actions. I'm sure there are two side to ever one of these nasty comments.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. This is the absolute WORST property management company I have ever dealt with. We moved in with absolutely no maintenance done on the house, so we had to live out of boxes for 3 weeks. They refused to refund us our rent and were extremely difficult during the entire process. We literally had to call the painters, maintenance, and flooring contractors ourselves because DPM refused to do it and lied to us about previous contact.
