Warning! Deschutes Heating does not guarantee their work. I had them install a brand new $5000 *******/Amana heat pump and it failed in less than 6 months. The ******* warranty will cover the cost of a new pump but Deschutes wants another $1000 for labor to replace it. I called 3 other HVAV suppliers to compare warranties. They vary but the minimum was 1 year on labor plus the manufacturers parts warranty. If you are still interested in contracting with these guys, get their parts and labor warranty in writing.
