I had an amazing experience with Alex. Alex was willing to accept me as a new patient on short notice when I couldn't get Summit to get me in with a Primary Care provider that would "believe in perimenopause." She is attentive, a great listener, and follows up with communication through the patient portal. I found this doctor very rigid in his thinking. I was on the brink of a mental health crisis from perimenopause and got the ‘why aren’t you on estrogen’ talk right after explaining how high estrogen swings were causing my symptoms. I was looking for primary care, so I did not expect he’d have any particular wizardry with women’s hormones, but geez…maybe listen? I am very sad to write this review because I have had a very high opinion of Dr. Gonsky for the time he has been my mother's primary care doctor for more than 10 years. So, I was very disappointed and saddened to hear that he has chosen to no longer provide my mother with care because she had to go to a skilled nursing facility that was out of her control due to an injury she sustained while she was at madras hospital (which she had to be sent to Bend to get surgery for) and because she is in Madras. Extremely unprofessional group and very lack of communication and skills and I would avoid Alex for any future reference. Especially if you are in a hurry to see if you have any cancer she’ll probably make it worse
