PA-C Josh Seibel provides exceptional medical care. He is professional and personable. He patiently listens, is very knowledgable and offers hope when you are hurting. My husband & I are extremely grateful to have found Josh! Highly Recommend!
Very grateful to be a patient of Dr. Gonsky. He’s a kind, caring doctor who doesn’t rush through appointments and makes sure all questions are answered. I’ve also seen Josh and he is equally as professional and kind. Additionally, the front desk staff is very organized and responsive. Kim at the front desk always leaves me feeling heard and taken care of when I call. I highly recommend this practice!
I'm disappointed in the amount of errors that were made during the appointment follow-up that have taken me a lot of time to sort out. The defensiveness of the staff when pointing out these errors to get assistance was also a huge turn off. I would have expected more professionalism and better customer service, but I did not receive that Deschutes Family Care. I lost trust in Alex especially and will be looking for another provider for my women's health care needs. I do not recommend.
Overall good experience when I went in except they didn’t bother to tell me that my insurance wouldn’t cover me here so now I had an unnecessary $250 bill. Not sure if that’s a policy that they won’t tell you and will just take your money or what. I even told them my insurance before I went back for the appointment. Lesson learned for me to double check next time I would’ve just really appreciated that being communicated to me if they knew.
I will not have enough space or words here to let you know how great my experience has been with Josh Seibel in Deschutes Family care. In my darkest times he has saved me physically and emotionally with his professionalism, his decisions and knowledge for my well being, and his constantly correct guidance and help. I can not recommend him and this clinic enough.
