I opened escrow on an intended purchase of a property and the seller wanted to use Deschutes County Title, Redmond OR. Being an out of state purchaser I did not have a preference. We made our Escrow opening Earnest Money Payment on July 11, 2024. We completed our home inspection and discovered issue with the property, so the Escrow fell through resulting in a refund of the Earnest Money on July 16, 2024.
