I always have such a great experience here at this very special, women-owned business! I've had both my mom and grandmother's rings repaired/resized here and WOW do they do an excellent job and treat your jewelry with such care! Deb also helped me pick out the absolute perfect set of gold hoop earrings too - they didn't have the size I liked most in stock, but she ordered them for me and they came in very fast. Wonderful customer service at this jewelry store. Everyone is extremely helpful and pleasant. Nobody pressures you at the store like they do at other chain jewelry stores. I would never shop at those chain stores. I support my local businesses. One other thing I forgot to mention, the jewelry at Descar is absolutely beautiful! I already have my eye on my Valentine’s Day gift!

I have been going to Descar since they moved to Waltham. Great store for purchases & any repairs you might need. The staff is very friendly & personable and trustworthy. They improved my wedding band & engagement ring setting, both bands kept swirling around my finger and I was always fixing it! Not anymore & I love what they did😊 Also the pieces they have on display are absolutely beautiful and different than what you see other places. Descar is the best!

I had a ring repaired and a bangle. I got the ring back. It looks great. It had a missing stone. They replaced the stone aligned the ring made sure the other stones weren’t loose. It looks great. I got the ring back in a week. I’m still waiting on the bangle but that had more damage so it will take longer to fix. I recommend DescarJeweler’s.

I have been a loyal customer of this small family owned jewelry store for over a decade and with good reason! I am posting this review based on my most recent experience shopping for a necklace for my daughter's 16th birthday.
