The staff at Descar Jewelers are exceptional, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable! I was first introduced by word of mouth and my expectations have been exceeded every step of the way. They have a variety of options for whatever it is you are in search of - I personally bought my fiancée’s engagement ring here and she was beyond happy! Most recently I purchased a necklace for her birthday and was super happy with the quality of the piece. I love Descar! I found my family jeweler :)
I had such a great experience with Descar Jewelry. I came to them with a diamond and had them create a setting. This was an upgrade from my original engagement ring. The first ring they made was pretty, but it wasn’t what I had envisioned. Stephanie went above and beyond to make it right—she took the ring back without hesitation and walked me through the custom design process instead. I have never met such welcoming, knowledgeable, kind and efficient sales women as I have at Descar jewelers. I went in to get some links removed from two watches. The first sales woman was welcoming and very kind. Another sales woman tried to remove the links, but was unable to, so the watches were sent to a watch pro. As this was being discussed, I asked a question about my Cape Cod bracelet. A third sales women straightened the wire and even cleaned it! I stopped by to see if they could fix a broken gold necklace. They were very friendly, welcoming, and transparent. I dropped the necklace off and picked it up a couple weeks later, completely fixed for a very reasonable price. They are extremely friendly and professional, and I 100% recommend them!
