I had such a great experience with Descar Jewelry. I came to them with a diamond and had them create a setting. This was an upgrade from my original engagement ring. The first ring they made was pretty, but it wasn’t what I had envisioned. Stephanie went above and beyond to make it right—she took the ring back without hesitation and walked me through the custom design process instead. I stopped by to see if they could fix a broken gold necklace. They were very friendly, welcoming, and transparent. I dropped the necklace off and picked it up a couple weeks later, completely fixed for a very reasonable price. They are extremely friendly and professional, and I 100% recommend them!
I have never met such welcoming, knowledgeable, kind and efficient sales women as I have at Descar jewelers. I went in to get some links removed from two watches. The first sales woman was welcoming and very kind. Another sales woman tried to remove the links, but was unable to, so the watches were sent to a watch pro. Visited Descar Jewelry to get my grandson's watch repaired. The staff was very attentive and professional. While they were working on my watch, I purchased a beautiful medal for my granddaughter. Highly recommend Descar Jeweler!
Descar Jewelry is awesome. The staff there are outstanding! They are polite, friendly, very knowledgeable and very reasonably priced! I definitely would recommend them and I will do all my future jewelry needs with them !😊
