I can’t express enough how much I appreciate Carmen, this company, the staff, the professionalism and the true caring spirit they all embodied!!!! They came into my parents’ home and thoroughly sanitized and cleaned the whole house. After years of neglect, this was no small feat and they did it without complaining or any hint of an attitude. **Edit, I will Have to agree with the other negative review on here that this is some of the worst customer service. Immediately after posting this review the owner called my husband and then I spoke with her and she was very condensending. She was very aggressive and over talked me the entire time. The only apology I received was her saying sorry that me and my husband don't communicate?!***My husband contacted this company to clean out our home as a gift to its new owners. We git our rental property back and it was unsanitary and very dirty. Shanna Delong did a great job hoovering and scrubbing away years of filth. Thankyou.
Very disappointed with our services from DeSantis. They did a mediocre job and have provided even worse customer service/communication regarding the issues we tried to address with them. An item was broken while they were cleaning our place, we were told we would be called back after they spoke to their employee about the issue and we have heard nothing back. I recommend hiring a different company.
I have nothing but praise for the work and the wonderful person who did our house today! I had planned to use them just one time, but now I am planning to be a repeat customer!!
