Emmanuel came to fix our dryer and did a fantastic job. I was going to do it myself but recognized it was a little too complex. He was on time professional and fair with me. I am 100% satisfied and I thank Emmanuel for a job well done!
Problem was when the heater reached temperature it would kick off but the fan would not shut down for hours. Service tecs determined it was a bad heating coil. I explained that I had some HVAC experience and would recommend that they test the Thermostat. Instead, he bypassed the Heating coil fuses and said they would order another (It was under warrantee).
