Following Hurricane IAN we began looking for a contractor to help us make a decision on a way forward to build a new home or renovate our existing home. We were impacted by Hurricane Ian in Sept of 2022 and lost our entire first floor, which consisted of enclosed storage under A/C. DeSanctis Homes restored our property to better than new condition and stayed in communication throughout the entire process. The entire experience was professional and positive, and we were fortunate to connect with a contractor who cared about their client's outcome.
This company volunteered in my home after the hurricane! The level of team work and kindness made a terrible situation seem manageable again! They tore out old, installed new, passed out hugs and smiles then continued down the road spreading hope after Ian destroyed so much. What a blessing this company is!!
