We had our annual checkups last week and came in today for a sick visit. We also had a few additional health concerns to discuss, but the Dr.Desai was extremely rude and dismissive. There was no effort to listen or show basic respect. The experience was uncomfortable and unprofessional.
Doctor Ruby Desai is our family practitioner. She's very knowledgeable and nice person. Office Ambiance is well organized and staffs are friendly.
I was looking to establish a primary care provider, and I’m so glad I found Dr. Ruby Desai! I was able to get a next-day appointment, and the entire visit was quick and efficient. Dr. Desai was excellent, and her office staff were equally wonderful. They were also able to collect labs in-house, which saved time and made the process even smoother.
Excellent bedside manner. Always on time.
