Great office. I've been going here for years. Kind, compassionate, caring and professional. Overall a great practice that I would recommend to anyone.
Absolutely admire Dr.Desai his medical team and front desk staff. Very compassionate and professional Show special care when it comes to needs of my medical issues. Staff is very engaged with interacting of everyone that enters the office. If you want a great team this is the place to to come. Yeah 📣🥼🩺
I am dissatisfied with the office staff. One day they informed me that they had sent the pre-authorization via fax, but the next day they claimed they didn't have it. This has been an ongoing issue for two weeks, and it seems like they are not taking it seriously. The staff's lack of professionalism has impacted my 75-year-old mother's ability to access her medication.
My mother has been a patient for a very short time - I have NEVER had this much care from every single person at a facility. When I call, they answer - when I show up and at my breaking point from taking care of a senior parent, they pull me to the side and help me breathe and let me know I have to take a moment for me.... When I call and need guidance, Dr Desai not only talks to me about care for my mother, he and his team also follow up and make sure my mother is taken care of - went so far as to follow up behind me and ma... read more
