Dr.Desai is a miracle worker. God has blessed her with tremendous talent. As God healed the blind in John 9 God has blessed Dr desai with a gift to help people see. Dr desai will do all possible to help you see better . I had retinal detached surgery and other complications but I recently had surgery and I feel happy my vision is coming back slowly thank you soo much Dr staff is amazing too what a great team
I understand the wait time when it comes to Specialists (RGV does not have many). My main concern was the front desk area. It seems that only one of the girls registers the patients and answers incoming calls while the other young lady sits there only dealing with scheduling appointments. The other concern I had was the dismissive tone I received from the Doctor. It seemed the Doctor was irritated I was even there. Will be looking for another Specialist, even if I have to travel outside the RGV.
I always get stressed out when I come here either ate always like an hour behind interfering with other appointments. You charge your patients when they miss appointments we should pay you less when you are late.
I had doctor appointment on 3/17, and the doctor office sent me text for confirmation, and I replied “CONFIRMED” then the office sent me a few more confirmation text. I am wondering if they haven’t checked anything about the text. Maybe there is no meaning to reply to the text confirmation.
