Called in trying verify a document that was wrongfully labeled as coming from this practice. Staff by the name "Theresa" was extremely rude, short, and unprofessional. Very aggressive on the phone and laughing when I was repeating back broken sentences of "information" she was giving. Luckily I was able to use my words enough for the both of us to gather I was calling the wrong place. She is definitely a bad representative for this facility. I hope Dr Desai has stopped prescribing Remdesivir to hospitalized Covid patients- many have died unnecessarily. My son was an athlete in his thirties and records show he was given R on his first day at St David’s North - He declined quickly and died with known R side effects. Please learn from these mistakes. WHO does not recommend Remdesivir*
Saw Dr Desai today at St David's north hospital because of I got covid as a pregnant woman and had a bad cough that lasted all night I could not sleep. Dr Desai is professional and empathetic, he and the ER team made me feel safe, taken care of , have options and optimistic ,after the visit. He also was a great listener. I could tell he's a great human in addition to he's a great doctor. 👍 You can trust medical professionals like this. They are not there just to do a job, they are there to genuinely save the world. Heroes.
