In May I cancelled my digital subscription by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of the e-mail. Almost immediately I quit getting my daily digital newspaper. Can't give zero stars unfortunately ...here's my review. I purchased a subscription to Hawk Central during the season, now that the season is over, I tried to cancel on-line, but they don't offer that. So I emailed them to cancel, but they don't accept cancellations by email, you have to call in to cancel. I have called 3 times but because of corona virus, they have closed their call center. So...they are holding me hostage for a very paltry amount of money and engendering very bad publicity/reviews in the bargain. Let ... read more

I have chosen this link to post a review since the Des Moines register does not have a direct link to do so. Simply pertaining to having news on Google's main page. But attempting to charge a monthly Fee... when the link is opened. That's what I call being in Dyer need of a failing Company. I feel for the hard workers there!
