We had a wonderful experience hosting the Greater Iowa Torch Award ceremony at the Des Moines Heritage Center. From the very beginning, the team was organized, prepared, and easy to work with. We collaborated with the manager about a month in advance, and they did an excellent job coordinating details and working seamlessly with all of our vendors. What a fantastic experience from start to finish! The venue itself is beautiful, and the team behind it are phenomenal. They were so attentive and incredibly responsive throughout the entire planning process. Our questions were answered quickly and every need was met without a second thought. The whole experience felt seamless and stress-free. We'll absolutely be back for future events!
