I went to Altoona Des Moines Dental Group. Rude and unprofessional receptionist threaten to send me to collection instead of solving issues of why they over charged me for a simple service. The dental hygienist was very rough and was watching T.V instead of paying attention and missed a couple of times. Will not go back here!!
I can't say enough good things about the staff at this office. They have bent over backwards to accommodate my needs. Dr Cram is so nice and wonderful!!! He made sure I was doing fine before i left the office. He called the next day to make sure everything was ok and that I was doing fine and didn't need anything. I've told everyone about how wonderful they are there. I've even talked my boyfriend into changing to Dr Cram. Everyone should have a dentist and staff as great as these people are.
I've been to a lot of dentist but Dr. Andris Kirsis at Des Moines dental group is by far the best one I've ever been to. Not only is he nice and friendly but the whole staff was extremely nice and friendly from the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out. I hope I don't have to find a new dentist anytime soon. Thank you to all of you.
