DES Employment Group is not a good place to work for. It is not guaranteed to have a lunch which is illegal. The Operations Manager Christine does not make sure everyone takes their lunch but makes sure she takes her lunch and will not step in when it's short staffed. I couldn't even be fully trained in my role because I had to do someone's elses job. Once your flexible they use it to an advantage.
