I was referred to OPA to see Dr. Anderson by my primary physician. I was very impressed with all aspects of the office. The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. I was quite late due to mixing up times from another appointment. The young lady at the front desk told me to hold on, she’d see if he could still see me. She came back and told me he would still see me. From experience I know most clinics cancel and reschedule you if your 10-15 mins late.
