To be treated so poorly after waiting nearly 2 hours to see him-- he denied care after already being referred for surgery after an injury, was extremely dismissive and spent less than 2 minutes in the room. I only gave 2 stars because the rest of the staff was (and always is) really helpful and caring. It was shocking to have a medical professional be so unbelievably rude. I'm actually relieved that he won't be operating on me.
I believe dr. G Jones is a very good doctor. I have heard great things about him.
Dr. Jones is the man! He and his entire staff gave me the best care i could’ve ever received. I really appreciate the consistency and confidence from him and his staff. He even went to bat for me with my insurance company when they tried to deny my procedure. He and his staff stood on business and made it happen. From Dr. Jones to his physical therapy staff, and everyone in between, THANK YOU!!! You guys are the absolute best.
