Leslie, the owner of Derycool, came two hours after I called when my AC fan kept running. I needed a new heating/cooling system installed, which he did within a few days. He is knowledgeable, honest, reasonably priced and does excellent work. I highly recommend him.
I just want to Thank You Les. You are such a wonderful , thoughtful, professional and such a caring person. I highly recommend you, God sent us an Angel. Thank you Dery Cool! Lesly is very personable and knowlegeable. We had a clogged drain and he knew exactly what to do! He also gave us recommendations on what we need to do to maintain a healthy air conditioner unit! I recommend him 10 out of 10 times.
If I could give more stars, I would. The owner of this company is who I deal with and have dealt with him since putting my air handler in around 2012. Last night my outside unit stopped working and called him at opening time today. He not only was at my house an hour after the call but fixed the problem in less than an hour after with a new condenser and some coolant. Professional, knowledgeable and personable. He is the only "go to" HAVAC guy I will use and recommend!
DO NOT let this guy in your house and DO NOT let him touch your equipment! We called him because he had originally installed a new unit 5 years before when we were out of town and a neighbor had handled new A/C installation for us with Derycool and our unit was not cooling today. He came out and futzed around with the outside unit for less than an hour, charged us almost $290 bucks, then announced he was done.
