It was truly an honor to witness David deRubertis in trial this past week. As an employment attorney myself, I had long heard about him from my colleagues and always hoped for the chance to see him in trial. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FIRM. They are incredibly unprofessional and unresponsive. The main attorney, David Derubertis, put me through hell just to have an evaluation requiring a meeting at 7am. Furthermore, he promised a response in five days and still has not responded two and a half weeks later despite numerous follow ups. I repeat, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FIRM. This is the type of conduct that gives the legal profession a terrible name. Your case is never going to get its due.
