We had active leaks from ice dams and Derry roofing was able to respond same day. The crew of three addressed one area approximately 2 feet wide in less than 30 mins and charged $880. Unfortunately, the leak was not resolved and after a call back they did not return. I expected a larger area to be cleared for the price.

After heavy spring rains, water started dripping down into our mudroom from the ceiling. We didn’t know where it was coming from. Turns out the flashing had failed. I was impressed by how quickly they diagnosed it and fixed it the same day. They didn’t try to talk me into a whole new roof, just addressed the issue. It’s been dry ever since.
