We’ve worked with Derek and his team on a couple of homes where, as a remodeling contractor, we were performing due diligence on behalf of a buyer while he represented the seller. He is consistently prompt in providing information and answering questions, helping ensure our clients can make well-informed decisions. His professionalism and responsiveness make the process smooth for everyone involved.

Grayson and Derrik were a true pleasure to work with during the purchase of my Townhome in Jeremy Ranch. True professionals who were very helpful especially since I was living out of the area while closing the transaction. Can't say enough great things about them.
