I realize these companies are busy but we have been waiting for 2 weeks for an estimate and still nothing made several calls and was told you will have it tomorrow, then Monday, still nothing. I was told they offer 20, 40 and 50 year warranties, I received an email showing the warranty no 40 year on it.
