Scheduled and confirmed an appointment ahead of time. Walked in to find it was cancelled. They could have told me hours before, so i could have made other arrangements. Understood why it was cancelled but the comms were poor.

I've been going here for years and I've always been extremely happy. I have Sonya as a barber, she's always does a perfect job. I never have any complaints. Everyone their is very friendly and accommodating. The online reservation software works flawlessly. I highly recommend them. I just moved further away but it's worth the 25 Mi to go back and get it done correctly.
