Twice they have made inaccurate billings and/or billed for items that have already been paid for on my bills. After placing a stop payment on the check for the 2nd time after reviewing the bill, I contacted the office simply asking to be billed the proper amount and I would be more than happy to take of it. After waiting for a call back from their accounting person (Lisa) that works part time she informed me they were going to charge me a fee for stopping payment on the check on top of the amount due.
