Dr. Payne came highly recommended however every time I try to make an appointment Carolyn make it extremely difficult when doing so. I’ve called several times and each time it was always some kind of technical issue or she’s very discouraging when requesting certain procedures. I hope this issues gets resolved and isn’t something that’s ongoing
