Very professional and explained things very clearly.
Dr McKay is a kind, compassionate and knowledgeable doctor, I have been to him twice now with ankle injuries (left and right) and had the same experience both times, he listened patiently to my injury explanations, completed a thorough exam, explained his diagnoses, then set me on the best course of recovery for my specific condition. I will recommend him to anyone I know who needs a quality orthopedist. His nurses and x-ray staff are top notch also, could not ask for better.
Dr. McKay has a wonderful bedside manner, taking time to answer questions so I felt comfortable during my pre-op and day of surgery.
Dr McKay was very kind and knowledgeable. He did a surgery on my foot, it went exactly like how he said it would and healed up very well.
He is very knowledgeable about diabetic foot and leg problems.
