Dr. Martin who works at United Health Care (UHC), Shaw St and Peach Fresno, CA. After my second appointment with him, I reported him to the site manager. Dr. Martin called in the WRONG medication to the WRONG pharmacy (I clearly printed Walmart, not Walgreens). Something in my gut told me to stay at UHC and I'm glad I listened. I first found out that he called my prescription into the WRONG pharmacy, when I spoke to the correct one, the pharmacist told me that they DID NOT have it in stock!
