Dr. Fansler was fantastic and attentive. He explained things well and listened.
Dr Fansler was excellent in explaining the ablation procedure, the risks and anticipated benefits, along with discussing other treatment options. He answered all my concerns.

Prompt call on telemedicine. I didn’t think the mask was necessary on a face time call, though. My big disappointment is that my mom’s pacemaker monitor has not been “monitored” in 10 months & no one noticed made a call about it. And until your team calls & gets her “connected”, it still isn’t. I also don’t like that you don’t support the amount of eloquis she’s on when you’ve never met her, seen her, or cared for her. Not real sure this is care at all, frankly.
Friendly and very open, I feel very confident.
