Dr. German, his care team, and the back-end staff are good! 5-stars. Front-end staff can be quite indifferent and also perhaps deliberately inattentive. In addition, I have experienced the phones being switched over to the answering service 15-30 minutes before closing time. 1-star. Overall average: 3-stars.
