I took a ring in to be resized and was advised it would be ready in a week and was quoted the cost. I called and requested that the band be strengthened if possible. After three weeks I went back since I had not received a call. The ring was done, but the cost was literally 4xs+ higher than the original quote and I had not been advised or approved the new quote.
