Great service, prompt and friendly service
Zero out of 5 stars, would not recommend. I had a highly disappointing experience with Derousseau Heating & Cooling, and I feel compelled to share my encounter. When I reached out to them regarding my air conditioning unit, their lack of professionalism and disrespectful behavior was evident from the start. Had them come out and put a new furnace and AC unit in very nice and professional guys
Called this morning because my heat wasn’t working they sent someone out as soon as they could and fixed everything for me. Kind wonderful service I would highly recommend.
We had a new Carrier system installed by Derousseau Heating & Cooling and were very pleased of the prompt service and attention we received. Would recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.
