Zero out of 5 stars, would not recommend. I had a highly disappointing experience with Derousseau Heating & Cooling, and I feel compelled to share my encounter. When I reached out to them regarding my air conditioning unit, their lack of professionalism and disrespectful behavior was evident from the start. Firstly, their technician provided an inaccurate assessment, claiming that my unit required significant repairs and even a full replacement. Had them come out and put a new furnace and AC unit in very nice and professional guys
Called this morning because my heat wasn’t working they sent someone out as soon as they could and fixed everything for me. Kind wonderful service I would highly recommend.
