Would recommend to steer clear...We are several months after the fact of our ‘honed’ travertine from DeRoth. Wow- all around bad experience. Such a huge disconnect between the nice older gentleman who gave us our estimate and the guys who do the work. The floor looks Nothing near what we were told during the estimate. And the work ‘ethic’ of the guys on the job was so poor - we don’t want them near our house to try to ‘correct’ it. At least they were low bid of the 3 we received And we got exactly what we paid for. Wou
WOW! outstanding service and quality results. DeRoth refinished two marble end table surfaces that were in my grandmothers home - they were old and has family value. Price was reasonable and turnaround was one day!
Amazing work and really nice people.
John and his guys have been doing my travertine floors for the past 5 years and I have never had any issues with the work or service provided. Any time we've needed any maintenance done, he's been great about getting us on the schedule and the work completed quickly. I have recommended DeRoth to several friends and neighbors and all have had nothing but great things to say about the work.
Work was marginal and overpriced. First work by Richie and his assistant was so messed up, it had to be completely redone by a different team. I would stay far away from De Roth. Really a lousy expierience for me. In a year or so, I will probably have someone else redo the work on the granite countertops that De Roth did.
