Quick maintenance responses, good rent prices and nice places. Property manager Robert Barbuto is a great guy to work with and does everything he can to keep his tenants satisfied. I’ve leased with them for 3 years, and any time an issue comes up, they are very quick to resolve it. I will continue leasing with Derosa properties for as long as i’m leasing in Lowell.
