Let me start by saying Dr. Michael Derosa is great. Super guy and enjoyed his service and manner. Unfortunately, that is where the compliments will stop. His staff is unprofessional and lazy. A recent prescription request of mine was ignored for 6 days. Upon bringing to their attention, the lady become irate... At me. Turns out someone at the office didn't do their job. Dr. Derosa is very kind and understanding with his patients, as well as highly intelligent about my throws issues. Every time I call the on-call service I get him personally, which is nice. Katy PA is super kind, would definitely see her again. Jill the NP was very knowledgeable in diabetes and how to help my parents with it. Dr Trust is very honest and open about my care and how to treat it, as well as understands the struggles with my diagnosis.
