Anyone having trouble getting your medical records from Derosa?? I found a new doctor since the closing of Dr Derosa’s office and have the form to request, but all lines of communication are down.
All they want to do is push testosterone. It is their money maker. Your health is not their concern. It is a used car dealership that masquerades as a medical clinic. Provider turnover is astronomical probably due to the unconscionable things they asked to do. I expect the will be out of business soon.
We love Derosa! Each provider is very knowledgeable about Hormone Replacement and made me feel super comfortable. I couldn't recommend them enough!
I wasn't sure I would like this place. My first appointment got cancelled, but I decided to give it a go and went to the second/rescheduled appointment. I'm glad I gave it a chance because I really like it. My appointment started on time, I saw the doctor right away and they did my blood work there. I know that DeRosa Medical just sold in 2017/18 so I am “hanging on” to see if things improve. I have had nine (9) providers in the last three or four years. My recent “mishap” was today at the Chandler location... I went in for lab services (btw no longer Labcor now Genesis) and waited for about an hour and a half. A gentleman, that came in after me, got impatient and went on back to find the lab technician.
