Great people to deal with!!
A friend of mine recommended Derolf when I was looking for an apartment and it was great advice. Derolf takes great care of their properties. The building I was in was very well lit and well maintained. The one time I had an issue (water heater failed) It was replaced that same day. At the end of my lease I got my full security deposit back, that alone makes me confident they are the best property management in the area.
No problems. Quick response to maintenance. They leave you alone, priced well for the location and love the option to rent month to month after a year.
