Called the guy at 930 at night and he answered. Had a man out there by 9 am the next day. Very professional. Quick swap of my outsides ac motor for the fan. Fair pricing.
I bought a geothermal system from Rich 32 years ago, and it finally had to be replaced. Rich and his team did an outstanding job installing the new unit. It works great, and it runs so much quieter than the old one. I couldn't ask for nicer people to deal with.
This company is a crock. They were hired to fulfill our home warranty with American Home Shield. They were assigned to us early the Wed morning before Thanksgiving. We had three very young children here. The smallest has serious health issues. This company did not contact us. We had to contact them three times. Each time the dispatcher was blamed for not reaching out to us. We hired another company who came early Thanksgiving morning. They had it fixed in 15 min by replacing the igniter. We tipped him 100$.
